and the website at homehelperai.app ("the Service"). By using
the Service you agree to these Terms.
What the Service is
HomeHelperAI helps homeowners and renters identify the appliances and fixtures in their home, generates a routine maintenance plan, sends reminders, and suggests diagnoses for visible problems based on photos you submit. The Service is informational. It is not professional advice.
Not a substitute for a professional
HomeHelperAI is not a licensed contractor, electrician, plumber, or HVAC technician. Suggestions are AI-generated or come from a curated catalog and may be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. For any task that involves gas, electrical work, structural repair, mold, water damage, or any risk to your health or property, hire a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Service.
AI-generated content
Some maintenance tasks, diagnoses, and product suggestions in the app are generated by Google Gemini at our request. We label AI-generated tasks clearly inside the app. Like all AI output, it can be inaccurate or out of date. Verify anything critical before acting on it.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit photos that aren't yours or that depict other people without consent.
- Don't try to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Don't use the Service for anything illegal.

HomeHelperAI participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you tap a "Buy on Amazon" link and purchase a product, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The recommendations we surface come from our catalog and from Gemini — we don't promote products in exchange for payment, and the commission does not influence what we recommend.
Pricing
The Service is free at launch. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, anything you've already created in the app will remain accessible at no additional charge.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any suggestion it makes will be correct.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which, while the Service is free, is zero).
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete every record we hold about you (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for users who abuse the Service.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and surface a notice in the app on next launch where feasible. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
